[HELP PLEASE] Server will operate in LAN mode only

    I have latest version of css server.I'm using linux centos 5 and I've installed revolution emulator correctly.But when I run my server,I get this error:
    Code:
    [S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; unable to locate a running instance of Steam, or a local steamclient.dll.
*********************************************************
*      Unable to load Steam support library.*
*      This server will operate in LAN mode only.*
*********************************************************
    Please help me to fix this problem.Thanks.
